Yeah, yeah, so I've been slow on the updating. Been busy, have had a lot to do. Spent all day yesterday out with my friend Rand, doing some Christmas shopping. I managed to get my Love's presents pretty much done so that's good. :)

Got a couple cool things for myself because they were on sale. At the Disney Store, they had all their plush on sale - all of it! Wow. That never happens. So I got myself a $16 Stitch for only $10!

And then, I caught sight of this one just and had to buy it. He'll be sitting next to my Dracula Tigger I got a few years back. Isn't he cute?

Both are Stitch from Disney's Lilo & Stictch which just came out on VHS/DVD last week and one that I really like. :)

We were out shopping for like six hours and man, were my feet killing me by the end of it. I was so ready to have myself a good sit. *lol*

Ok, I also got up the pictures from Jef's car accident and his new car. When I was taking pictures, I noticed something funny. He has a help, I'm locked in the trunk release switch inside his trunk. I had never seen that before. We all agreed it was a good idea and all, but we all thought the picture was terribly funny; it's a person "hopping" out of a car trunk via some dotted lines:

So....... that's about it for now. Finally got some sleep last night. (Yeah!) So that's so much better. Been tired for like three days now and that really sucks. We have to go to a friend's house tonight for a gaming night, so more as I have time. :)

Pc's been driving me bonkers. Defragged the hard drive yesterday thinking it would take like an hour and three hours later, ugh.....

Jef got a new car - and I've got pics to put up!

Hung out with my mom today and got the final bead touches for a few gifts I've been needing to make.

Didn't sleep last night more then 3 or 4 hours. Went to bed at like 6:30am and started to doze just as my Love's alarm for work went off at 7am. Woke up for no reason at 11am. Grr. WAY overtired right now.

Posting on my Love's pc since he's asleep and I'm joining him soon. Just realized I haven't said anything in a bit.

Hanging out tomorrow with Rand (he's got the day off) and we're going to do some Xmas shopping - like for my Love. *giggles*

That's about it in short. Me = tired. Better post with pics tomorrow. G'night. :)

Wow. Coolness. I just dropped a note to the author of Ill Met by Moonlight, Sarah A. Hoyt just telling her I enjoyed her book and she actually replied back - in a matter of like 20 minutes! I was so impressed, I had to share.

Good book, go buy it!

I just found the cutest, silliest thing ever - and of course, I want it! *lol*

A Hello Kitty Tarot set - named: "Hello Tarot"

No, I'm not kidding. It's adorable! (It actually says, "The cutest tarot set you will ever own" on it!) You can read a review on it, or get some more info on it, but if you order it, stick to Joe Rosale's own page since he's selling it for $15, no shipping charges. (other places had it for like $18-24)

Too cute, ne? :)

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGG!

Damned printer! I have been out of ink for like two months now. I didn't know which ink was low so I had to track down some additional drivers for the printer, go to my friend Rand's house to download them (before I got the cable modem again), reinstall the printer to get the utility to work which told me I was out of COLOR ink. Ok fine. It wouldn't let me print, so I looked up what ink I needed. What I needed was the Epson S020110 Color Cartridge. I looked everywhere for it. And no one had it in stock. The only thing everyone had was the Espon S020093 - Black cartridge. I didn't buy it though because the utility told me I needed color.

Two months go by and my friend Rand finally orders it for me off the Epson site for like $18. (He needed their paper and buys it in higher quantity and gets it cheaper.) He gave it to me a couple days after Thanksgiving. I kept forgetting to replace it until tonight. Follow all the steps, get it all set back up, close the cover, press the button and weeee I think, I'll be able to print again!.

THE LIGHT IS STILL FLASHING.

Oh what now? So I refresh the utility and it tells me..... my black ink is low! ARG! Why didn't you tell me BOTH were low? Why did I have to replace ONE before you decided to mention the OTHER needed replacing too? GRRRRRRR. So, now, I'm back to square one: my printer won't print.

Of course, had the damned thing told me they were both too low to print, I could have had my friend order BOTH off the site and everything would have been fine. But nooooo...it didn't do that. ARG. So now, I need to wait - AGAIN - until I can get together like $25 to go buy another cartridge.

Epson you suck!! Grr.

*giggles*

So, I'm watching tv and on comes a commerical for the WB show, Smallville. You know, this is the superman-as-a-teen show? Anyway, I don't watch it or anything, but the commerical gets me thinking. Apparently, this is an episode where Clark has a problem with some temptress and he can't control himself. They play it up like his desires are as strong as he is.

Which makes me realize that Superman should be the least-likely-to-get-laid guy on the planet. Why? Because who wants to sleep with a man that's got bullproof boner? I'm thinking that it should come with warning labels, "Proceed at your own risk" because, ooow that would be painfully dangerous! Forget putting an eye out with that thing, the man could jackhammer the pavement! *eep!* Guys, there really is a thing as too much! Now I'm suddenly worried for the temptress! *lol*

**by the way, I have no idea when this will go live - apparently though I'm writing it at 3:10am, the publishing server is down - so if it suddenly shows up with several others much, much later in the day, that's why. :)

funny...."The Beer Scales" (I know quite a few who are overly partial to the stuff! *lol*)

Dough, the stuff I buy beer with
Ray, the guy I buy it from
Me, the one I buy beer for
Fahr, the distance to the store
So, I think I'll have a beer
La, la la la la la lahhh
Ti, no thanks I'll a beer
Which brings us back to Dough, Dough, Dough.

Cute, eh?

um. hrm. nothing to mention. sleeping too much lately. it's like all I do. that and stay up on the pc for FAR too many hours a day. the minute I sit down anywhere other then the pc though, I'm falling asleep. this is after sleeping at least 8 hours a night though. it's weird. i hate it. I'm always feeling so tired, even though I'm not.

*shrugs*

Dat's about it folks. Gonna go watch some tv and try not to doze off. Been on the pc too long, my eyes hurt. ttfn

Oh yeah, my mom, grandmother and sister all got back to Florida safely. Which is a very good thing. My sister got back in yesterday and my mom and grandmother this evening. Both had some scares with security - my sister's plane got evacuated and held up for over an hour - but nothing that kept them from coming home. They're all glad to be home and from what my mom says, they're all doing alright. (as well as can be expected). I'm glad they're back. I'll be getting together with my mom probably sometime this week to see her and give her a hug and such.

My sister said she got a braclet of my aunt's which had charms on it from all the places she had been - her son works for an airline, so that's a LOT of places - and she was very happy to have that piece of her to keep. She was very glad she went.

Now that's it. :)

Eh. Haven't been up to much. Haven't really had anything to write about. Got out the christmas decorations today and put up some lights on the balcony and around the doorwary to the bedroom. Also found my Winnie the Pooh window clings and stuck them all over the sliding glass door. :) What a boring weekend. lol My Love and I really didn't get to do anything. In fact, we hung around the apartment with friends most of the time. Which is a shame because it's been so beautiful weather-wise outside. Yesterday I picked up a plant light for my poor little ivy, Heidi, who is very quickly dying. There's just not enough light here; there's NO light in here. We used to get direct sunlight all afternoon (west facing windows) and she sat on the windowsill and just grew and grew. But now, we face north and have big, lovely trees in front of the window, so we don't even really get filtered light. It's pretty dark in here 24/7. This is fine for us, but man, our plants are taking a beating - little Heidi especially. She's all but dead. Just a handful of live leaves left. So I'm hoping giving her the indoor "sun" light several hours a day will make up for it and bring her back. I'll be really sad if I lost her. (A plant yes, but I LOVE plants)

So.........yeah, that's about it. :) Exciting, ne?
