Ugh. I just haven't been writing. Lately it's nothing but over sleeping and too many headaches for me. I never get around to getting to the journal, though I have things to talk about. Tonight we're going to see the Two Towers *Gag* I do NOT like Tolkien and I did NOT like the first one and I really don't want to see the second one (esp. since I have to go stand around outside a theater for seats two hours in advance for a damned three-freakin' hour movie I don't even care about) but everyone's going and me NOT going is not an option. All my friends are selfish and they're insisting I go and they already bought me a ticket. I think that really bites and there's no way I'm going to be feeling good with my neck hurting and my head hurting the way it's been after five hours at the theater. *grr* fucking movie.

Rand is leaving for Holland on Friday and will be there 'til next year, so we did our present exchange last night. Got some cool stuff and have pics, but I haven't formatted them yet and since I'll be at the lame-ass movie tonight, I probably won't get them up 'til tomorrow.

Went to the Super Wal-Mart Monday-Tuesday at 12:30am and was one of five people waiting around for Back To The Future on dvd. (I didn't feel so bad that there were other people there!) PIcked it up for $37. Three disks (all three movies) and like ten hours of extras. It's SO awesome. You have to understand, BTTF was supposed to be one of the FIRST dvd's that Universal released when they began making dvd's. It was to be one of their launch dvd's. It only just NOW made it to the stores. There's been tons of rumors, news, lies, schedule changes, etc. for years that many fans honestly beleived the damned thing would never actually get made. Issues with containing material with Eric Stoltz (the original Marty McFly, as seen in original versions of scenes on the old VHS box set and which is NOT afterall included in the dvd set), issues with timing, issues with content, etc. etc. it just never got made. This is why I was at the Wal-Mart at 12:30am to get mine. :)
